ATHLETIC COACHING OPTIONS
PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS 1:1
These one on one sessions are individualized to focus on specific athletic skill development. Session location will be selected based upon the athlete's needs.
SEMI PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS 2:1
Invite a friend and save! These sessions allow space for participants to enjoy coaching sessions with a friend or sibling. Session location will be selected based upon the athlete's needs.
GROUP COACHING SESSIONS 5:1
These group sessions include a 1 hour coaching session in a small group setting. These groups are formed according to age/skill level. Session location will be announced prior. These sessions take place on Saturday's only. Age groups: 5-8, 9-11, 12-15, 15-18

MY STORY
Experienced Coaching Professional
Athletics have been an integral part of Coach Lewis' entire life. Along the way, there were a multitude of coaches, teammates and experiences that helped to shape Coach Lewis into the athlete and man he is. Today, Coach Lewis works to give back to the community through his own coaching and mentorship program for youth.
As a 2003 graduate from Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, North Carolina, Coach Lewis excelled in both football and basketball. Coach Lewis was a member of the 2000 State Championship Football team. While playing football at Ravenscroft, he was a three-time letter winner. As a senior, Coach Lewis caught 53 passes for 749 yards and 13 touchdowns, while also intercepting 12 passes on defense. He still holds the career interception record with 25 interceptions. In basketball, Coach Lewis finished his career fourth all-time in scoring with 1,219 career points. Coach Lewis was named All-State in both 2002 and 2003. As a senior, Coach Lewis led Ravenscroft to a runner-up finish in the NCISAA State Championship Tournament and was named team captain, team MVP, and the conference player of the year. That year’s team also recorded the best winning percentage in school history with a 29-4 overall record.
The journey did not stop there! Coach Lewis later accepted an athletic scholarship to play college football at Ball State University. He was a four-time letter winner and defensive starter for the Cardinals. As a freshman, Coach Lewis led the team in interceptions. His senior year, he was the recipient of the Ray Louthen Senior Contribution Award, as his team earned a bid to play in the GMAC Bowl. Coach Lewis finished his college football career with 259 tackles, 11 interceptions, and 2 touchdowns.
Coach Lewis has vast coaching experience, and has coached children ages 5-18 for the last 10+ years. His experiences have included coaching several middle school and high school level teams in both South Florida and North Carolina. Coach Lewis is the proud father of 3 young sons, and has also coached many of their teams over the years. Coach Lewis also has experience as an educator, teaching Physical Education the past 2 years.
Coach Lewis believes it is never to early or late to begin developing athletic techniques, nurturing a strong mindset and encouraging sportsmanship skills in athletes.
